Leader Quest’s work in governance has included orientation for new directors to build understanding of their roles and responsibilities; working with boards to create a governance model; training volunteers to evaluate the board’s performance, establishing powerful board meeting agendas resulting in a more strategic focus, and chairing meetings effectively.
